It has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no user accounts, no chat widget and no analytics, advertising or marketing tracking. Viable8 does not set cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising purposes, so no consent banner is presented.

Lovable Cloud may place strictly necessary cookies or similar technical identifiers needed for secure delivery, session routing and fraud prevention. These are limited to what is technically required and are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website.

Serving the site involves technical processing by Lovable Cloud, including server logs that may contain IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages and user-agent information. This processing supports secure and reliable operation of the site.

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to provide — typically your name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry — in order to respond and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver consultancy services.

The legal basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Email communications are processed using Microsoft 365. Telephone calls are handled by our telecommunications provider. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own terms and privacy policy.

Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as required by applicable bookkeeping or other legal obligations.

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted when no longer needed, typically within 12 months. Where an enquiry leads to a client relationship, relevant correspondence is generally retained for up to 5 years from the end of the financial year to which it relates, in line with Danish bookkeeping obligations.

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf or under their own terms where necessary to deliver a communication you initiate:

• one.com — domain registration and DNS services for viable8.com.
• Microsoft 365 — receipt, delivery and storage of email messages sent to info@viable8.com.
• Viable8's telecommunications provider — telephone call routing and associated metadata.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) — WhatsApp messages and related metadata.

We may also disclose personal data where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, property or safety.
